I've been training for 1 year now and just begin to take protein shakes. I bought Whey for everyday and i'm taking Isolate only on training day.
The isolate is more pure and contain ALA and D-Pinitol. I know that the BV of Isolate only is higher than Whey, but does it worth the price differences between Isolate and Whey?
well yes and no ive been told by a buddy of mine that whey protein isolate is supposed to have a slower absorbtion rate. I havnt researched it, but as far as protein powders go you kinda get what you pay for. Beverly is by far the best in my opinion, awsome stuff. Ive heard good things about isopure, but i cant stand the taste of it.
