I know you are not supposed to eat for three hours before a body fat test. But is it ok to carry on drinking water in the three hoiurs preceding???????????
Hydration levels will change your results slightly. If you want to skew the results downwards...then manipulating and then dropping water (it's a science) will work. Otherwise, consistancy is the "Key!" You want to be measured in subsequent tests (weeks or months apart) by the same person, at the same time of day, at the same hydration levels.
