Forewarned. True story, not very pretty, actually kinda morbid. So don't say I didn't warn ya.
It all started this morning, I was a running a little bit behind and I was quickly brushing my teeth when I heard scraping in the ceiling fan. I was thinking, "Shit, a mouse got into the ducts." Since I didn't have time to take it appart as class was in 5 minutes I decided to turn on the fan which would block its exit and I would get it out after class. After all mice are pretty small and it would have enough head room to stay there for an hour.
So I get home from class, no sound, and no power to the fan. "Shit, the little fuqer probably chewed one of the wires."
So i go to the R.A. office and tell them the situation and maintenance comes over. He pops the cover off of the fan and there was this fuqing bird with it's head stuck in the fan part (luckily dead) I was so shocked to see that, that I actually started laughing my ass off. I mean what the hell are birds still doing here? They should all be South by now.
At this point I'd like to say that if I knew it was a bird in the duct I would NOT have turned on the fan. I'm not that cruel.
So I took a picture (which I won't be posting ) and thought I'd share my story with all of you. Hope you enjoyed it.
