    Unhappy Confused






    At age 50, I'm in decent shape due to a lot of physical work and home gym workouts for the last 3 months. I need to shed a few pounds of body fat, mostly the waist, and want to bulk up some. Are supplements very helpful or should I just watch my diet and bust butt training?

    I think the 'experts' will tell you that dieet and training are your first steps. Once you know how your body reacts to different amounts of foods, then you can add supplements. If you start a journal in the diaries section, there are several folks here who will guide you in the right direction.

    Lightbulb Supplements






    Thanks, That's kinda what I was thinking. I might try Hydroxycut to spped up some fat burning (spare tire). Maybe some post workout protein?
