i sometimes find i'm a little low on my protein gram-age. tonight i've decide to have my normal 2 doses of whey and possibly mix in say 5 egg whites. that's 50g whey plus 27 whites.
is this too much whey in one sitting and will this go towards my protein count or will some of it be wastage due to the amount ones body can naturally absorb?
