How long should you rest between sets?
I've seen guys rest for a few minutes, and I've seen people only rest for 30 seconds.
For bodybuilding 60-120 seconds, for heavier weights more rest - like powerlifting, can go 3-5 minutes.
I'm currently at 2 minutes, so I set my stopwatch for 1:50 countdown.

for me it also depends on the work-out I am on, e.g. legs, in which I rest longer especially if I am doing heavy squats.
I'm 1:30 between sets except on Suats, deadlifts. Those 2:30.
