Hey look my first question in the diet forum....
Ok, so i weigh 87kg and have done so for the last 4-6mths, but during that time i have dropped about 1.5%bf (now 16.5) which must mean i have been putting on LBM
I really want to get to 14%bf and maintian that for a few months before i start my cut to compete in September.
To compete at my max LBM should i get to 14% ASAP or keep letting it come off slow?
My ultimate goal is to compete at around 87kg which i know will be a while down the track.
I suppose my other question would be, do i have to be a fat blimp to get my LBM up or can i really do it maintaining that 14%
