post cycle recovery

i am new to this and i have recently finished off a 12 wk cycle of nandrodec 250 and trisus300 twice a week for 12 weeks, what is the best post cycle recovery?

any help is much appreciated

Clomid man, take clomid.

Week1/Week2/Week3/Week4

Clomid: 100mg ED/100mg ED/75mg ED/50mg ED

Aromasin: 25mg ED/25mg ED/12.5mg ED/12.5mg ED

I'm not even going to ask you about your cycle because it's a freaking moot point now. Hope you didn't run into any prolactin/progesterone issues from the 19 nor you were taking. If you don't know what to take for PCT, I doubt you know anything about prami or caber to combat progesterone sides.
