I just finished my 8 week cycle & during week 6 I started to have numbness/tingling & pain during & after I worked out, mainly on presses. Well its been 14 days since my last pin & the whole left side of my right ring finger is completely numb. I asked my mother & she says the same thing happened to her when she was bloated during pregnancy. Could it be the bloat? Will it go away? It sucks not being able to Press anymore =/
