I start my diet Monday, tonight was a 2 pound ribeye, sweet potatoes roasted on the grill, Ceasar salad and an ice cold beer. Dessert was Reeses Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. Me and momma are on the couch in a food coma all fat and happy!
LOL - the only thing better than a food coma - is a SEX coma!
I've had the in-laws staying with us all week and oh my god i've done sooo much damage this week.
Plus I've been compensating food for not having sex all week.
The good side is tomorrow night we have the house to ourselves my wife says she's going to screw my brains out until my head spins!
Going out with the in-laws (that just sounds weird) this morning for breakfast and then to buy all the furniture for the babies room. Going to a place that has the BEST breakfast ever. Since I still have today and tomorrow before my diet starts, think I'll have steak and eggs, hash browns, biscuits, and maybe a waffle or 8. Fuck, I'm hungry just thinking about it!!

Diet starts today, up with the puppy and done with 30 minutes of cardio. Back to work today too, think it's time to retire. But fellas, last night I went out with a BANG!!
I had a large combination pizza, 12 hot wings, 4 slices of cheesy bread stuff, 2 regular sodas and a container of Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice cream. We went to this great pizza place and I told Sarah I am eating tonight like there is no tomorrow (there is unfortunately cause I am one fat pig). She just said to go for it, so I did what I was told. I think I may have taken a bite or two of her Calzone as well, I don't remember. But today, the diet starts, ughhhhhhhhh!!!
I am thinking you need 60 minutes if cardio twice daily ( LOL) JK -you KNOW how I LOVE cardio. Sounds like you guys had a great time !! Glad all is going good -Enjoy my friend !! OD
Lol Anabolic, You now After about the 16th week of a bulk I get so tiered of eating, I look forward to the cut!! change of pace, different food. ya know?
I dont drink, but when I did and my wife was pregnant I stooped for her, I always felt bad at a restaurant I was enjoying my Sierra Nevada and she had ice tea.

I've been bulking for anbout 520 weeks, it's time to cut LOL!! I'm going to drop 50 pounds, hopefully by the time the baby is born. And I hear ya, I get so tired of eating some days, this will be easy compared to that.
Sarah doesn't mind if I have a beer or two, I really don't drink that much or often. But I think it's a good way to show support. And Sierra Nevada is good man, I prefer Dos Equis Amber when I do have a beer. Now I'm drinking water with lemon!!

Man your only around 13-14% I think thats what you last posted, I cant belive how massive you are, If you lose 50 pounds while retaining alot of muscle your going to be one shredded ******** lol
I'm glad I'm not the only one who munches like this. When I make food and sit down to eat it my girlfriend shakes her head. I just look at her and say "Bulk cycle".
