more raw eggs--protein

Anyone have any idea how much protein, (or how much fat and carbs for that matter) is in one large egg?

Also, my mom has chickens, and they are raised on all natural feed and have lots of space to run around in. The eggs are larger and have different color yolks (fresh egg yolks are actually more orange!!), any guesses on how much more protein these may have?

If you farm the eggs from the hens yourself, and have no screening methods, i wouldn't eat them raw.

In fact, i wouldn't eat them raw at all.
