2011 IronMagLabs Transformation Challenge
2011 is the year for YOU to transform YOUR body! And to give you an extra incentive to get started, we're giving away more than $6,000 in CASH and prizes to 5 winners for the most dramatic body transformation over a 12 week span leading to Summer! This is a chance to transform your body with the motivation of all the IronMagLabs members behind you!
The Goal: The Most Dramatic Body Transformation:
How do you win? Easy! We're looking for the most dramatic body transformation in 12 weeks. There are no categories (ie. men, women, muscle building etc), just an overall winner and four runner ups. You have 12 weeks to transform your body and show our members just what can be done with planning and hard work. Strip away fat, pack on muscle, or do both! It doesn???t matter what your physique transformation goals are, as long as you can present stunning before and after photos of your amazing progress!
How it Works:
1. You can enter anytime between April 4th and April 15th of 2011.
2. The contest will end on July 15th of 2011.
3. Create a Transformation Challenge thread in the Challenge Forum.
4. Your beginning photos will need to be emailed to challenge@ironmaglabs.com and we will edit them into your 1st post.
5. Your first post must contain your height, weight, goal and any other info that you would like us to know about you.
6. We HIGHLY encourage daily posting in your journal of what is happening with your diet and training.
7. Between May 27th and June 3rd, we would like you to email us progress photos that we will post in your journal.
8. At the end of the 12 week period, email your photos to us by July 18th.
9. You must be over the age of 18 at time of entry.
10. You may remain anonymous, we don't require any personal info unless you end up being a winner.
* The winners will be announced on the 25th of July 2011 on the IronMagazine Forums & Facebook!
How to Take Your Before Pictures:
Before you can get started in the Transformation Challenge we require that you submit three before photos. The challenge organizers will be screening these photos to ensure they meet the requirements listed below.
Photo Requirements:
1. Photos must be high resolution and clear. Minimum resolution of 1024x768.
2. Photos must include a newspaper with the date clearly visible.
3. On the newspaper, you must write Iron Mag Labs 2011 Transformation Challenge so that it is clearly visible.
4. Photos must reveal your physique head to toe, however you may blur out your face, or crop your head out of the pictures.
Photos that are dark, blurry or low resolution cannot be accepted and we will ask you to take these photos again before you can enter the challenge.

The following photos are required to participate in the Transformation Challenge:

Eligibility:
The IronMagLabs 2011 Transformation Challenge is open only to those 18 years of age and older at the time of entry.
To Enter:
The Contest period begins at 12:01 am EST on April 4th 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on April 15th 2011. All final photos are due on or before 11:59 pm EST on July 18th, 2011. All materials submitted become the property of IML and will not be returned. Only one entry per person will be accepted; all subsequent entries will be disregarded. False, deceptive or incomplete entries provided by Contestant shall render the entry ineligible.
The Prizes:
Five (5) winners will receive the cash or credit listed in the details thread. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All Grand Prize Winners and Runner-Ups (the "Winner(s)") agree to sign any documentation requested by Sponsor, including, without limitation an Affidavit of Eligibility / Release of Liability / Prize Acceptance Form immediately upon being chosen. If any document is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if Sponsor does not receive a response from any Winner within seven (7) business days of attempted notification, such Winner may be disqualified and such prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner. Should the Winner be unable or unwilling to fulfill the obligations outlined in the Rules, a substitute Winner may be named.
Winner Selection:
One Grand Prize Winner will be selected by judges applying the following criteria in their sole discretion: (a) most dramatic body transformation in 12 weeks based on before and after photos. Four (4) Runner-Ups will be selected by judges applying the following criteria in their sole discretion: (a) most dramatic body transformation in 12 weeks based on before and after photos. The Grand Prize Winner and Runner-Ups will be chosen on or about July 25th, 2011, and will be notified by pm.
General:
By entering, Contestant agrees: (a) to release IRONMAGLABS INC., IRONMAGAZINE.com LLC and its agents/sponsors from all liability, loss or damage arising out of or relating to the Contest, including with respect to the Contest, their acceptance and use/misuse of the prize; (b) to be bound by these Rules; and (c) that Sponsor, its affiliates and licensees may use Contestant's names, likeness, the Images, personal information, and statements made by Contestant to Sponsor, information in the journals, for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide without additional compensation. Contestant irrevocably grants to Sponsor the right to edit, modify and/or publish and copyright the Images.
