This was my first time eaten one of these babies and can I tell you they are DELICIOUS!!!!

Also, very pricey!!! So since we were treated, I think this would be our one and only time we would have this!

Last time I went to the East coast,a bunch of us had a lobster fest,this girkl I know is from there(St-Stevens NB) and her father is a fisherman,lobster,lemon and some beers!!!
 
Wow! That's a lot of a meat on that crab! Hmmnn... I might have to try it, sometime!!!

One of my favorite seafoods. don't get to eat it often but when I have the chance I really dig in. Glad you enjoyed it.

WOW!! Never seen the whole crab before, I only see the legs for sale at the stores. I always buy these huge "dungeon crabs" at the local asian market, they're delish as well.

Ya gotta eat some mudbugs (aka crawfish). I have also had Coon, scrambled Deer brains. :D

I have also had turtle soup and cow toungue. While eating the cow tongue I kept thinking "I'm toungin' a cow".

Oh yeah, I have tasted "chiterlins". aka chit-lins. Which is cooked hog intestine, A true southern soul food.

Down here at some of the local quick stops they have pickled pig lips and pigs feet in big pickle jars setting on the counters. Looks like science projects.
