This past weekend I went to a seminar and they delt a lot with Core stregnth training. The instructor was 1999's Mr. Maryland and Mr. Baltiomore (Natural) so he was a pretty big guy. and he took me and the rest of the people there through some core stregnthing exercises usoing nothing but those damn exercise balls, (you know the ones that are more fun to just sit and bounce up and down on that to really do anything of use with) and Holy shit, those exercises absoutly Raped my abs. I was sore in my entire ab arera, my seratus anteriors, Obliques, Everything. It was the first time anyone had ever really shown me any real use for those things, anyone else ever experience this? I am thinking about definitely incorporating it into my workouts. Anyone else use these?
