I'm Michael in Fl wm 42 5'8" 195lbs aporox. Started new life sept 28 2010 when I was 279lbs now I'm lightest weight ever in adult life. Currently working on building muscle and losing fat. Will probably run some test here in the near future. Great board lots of info.

and yes it has been all natural so far even though that may change in future. big change was diet and getting lazy ass in gym.
