I made a thread here a while back pertaining to a problem encountered in the course of business with this sponsor that deserves an update. Without divulging too much sensitive info I will say my money got "held up" for quite a while. I'm happy to say that has resolved itself, that's not the reason for this thread.
The reason I'm here today is to say that I wasn't as patient with Z and his team as I should have been and for that I apologize. I have done business with this sponsor in the past and all went fine. I look forward to future success as well.
Good communication and customer service are key to having happy customers and this sponsor provides both. Z, ORdawg, Old School Lifter and Heavy Iron have been responsive EVERY time I asked within 24 hrs or less, you couldn't ask for any better. This is a rare thing these days and I just thought all should know.
yea bro glad it worked out!!!!! most people dont have the balls to come back and say the things u did my man...u always hear the negative shit but when the problem gets resolved most people take the shit and run and u never hear the good side of the story......at least u did OD-OSL and heavy and Z good.......like i keep saying Z for president!!!!!hell yea!!!!
there is more than enough room for all the sponsors here and i really hate seeing ANY sponsor take a beating from impatient customers....good for you for coming back and updating that it's all worked out now!!!
Thanks for the update... And thanks for being a standup guy and saying you could have been more patient. Most of the time everything is worked out but people dont take the same time they took to trash the sponser to come back and make things right. Much respect bro.
