Regular interval of eye exercise like palming, blinking, pupil exercise is very much beneficial for relaxing and soothing the eyes.
Palming Exercise-Keeping the palms of both hands, cover the closed eyes with palm till 5-10 minutes.
Using some eye drops like bimatoprost are also beneficial for improving eye conditions.
