I've never really maxed out per se but I pulled 500 a few months back. I seldom do more than 4 plates. Conventional. But I'm 250 so most folks say I should be repping 500 on the regular. My body says don't.
I have never tried 1 rep max. I 10 rep 405 convention with only straps because I have little girl hands that can't grip for shit, Thanks Mom!! She's a 5 foot and 90 lbs. I am currently 240 @ 6' even. I've had a few back and shoulder injuries so I only do what my body tells me I can handle for 6-10 reps.

^^^ no, I smoked 717 in your federation and was only givin 3 min before my next attempt of 738 where I missed it at lockout. It's the record in the 220 submaster class, set the bench record there also.
I'll be pullin 700+ raw in the 242 at worlds in Vegas in November.
