What's your max Deadlift?

IML Gear Cream!
With a good bar you really don't need chalk, most of the time I think people use it cuz they think they should.

I haven't maxed out on deadlift since january. I was 205 and natural at that point and got 495 for 1. Now I have no idea. Deadlift is just my warmup for legs now. I do 1 set of 275 and 1 set of 365, little effort.

Jesus!! You guys can pull some heavy weight!! 425x2 6'0 240lbs 47yrs young!

I dont know what my max is now. My last set is 495 for 6-8. I go much heavier and the pain comes fast.

What's your weight? That's good for 550-560 single.

That's a good pull.... It would be close or just over 2x body weight.

At a body weight of 229 I set DL record in the 242 at 687lbs, missed 710.

90kg BW pulled 185kg for 5. Although slipped a disc 1 month ago pulling 155kg, so haven't tried deads since then.

Before I had to throw in the towel because of a bad spinal condition:

460 lbs at 181 lbs body weight.

conventional stance 460lbs no straps, no chalk just a belt. i weighed a flabby 190lb at 5'8"

i competed in powerlifting long time ago and pulled 661 pounds . i was 249 bwt . in the gym i did 620 pounds for five reps . no bounce . no straps either

i had 700 pounds in me but i was more interested in squatting heavy

520 @ 200lbs for me.
Wish I was pulling 6+ like some of you's :daydream:

I aspire to pull 400 at this point, my best is 365 off a 4" deficit box, conventional, overhand grip at 5'9" 200lb, my wife does 320lb conventional, mixed grip
