Total max I have no idea.
For 7 monthes is this decent?

This sounds exactly like me.I hit 345 last year and my shoulder killed me for a while.My muscles are no doubt stronger then my shitty bones.I have done 225 for 20, 275 for 10 and 315 for 3. I haven't been able to turn the reps to higher pounds for some reason.
max 345, repped 225 for 22 on monday...weigh 240lbs and have been training for 3 years.
