What's your max bench?

Been working out about 7 monthes now. My max bench is about 240 x 2 with no spotter.
Total max I have no idea.
For 7 monthes is this decent?
 
Just hit 355 at 198. Hoping to get to 405 this summer then 450+ after my first real cycle.

I finally got that 405, went up smooth, Ill post a vid next time I try it. Im sitting at 227lbs 5'11'' and long arms (my knuckles drag on the fucking ground) lol...

625 raw , 317 at 6'4" probably 20% bodyfat no shirt just wrist wraps and 20 years benching
 
Weak sauce for me only 215 for a single at 205 bodyweight, the struggle of having freakishly long arms is very real.
 
Yea I don't go overly heavy. If I use barbell I work with 245-265 ish. I usually use dumbbells though

A few yrs ago i was in the 400 club pretty consistently at 190 ish. Now i have more muscle strength than my old joints can handle so i rarely BB bench and stick mostly to DBs. Last time i benched i got 8 with 275, and 5 good reps with 315, i can probably push 350 or so one rep. I just dont like doing BB bench much anymore.

I have done 225 for 20, 275 for 10 and 315 for 3. I haven't been able to turn the reps to higher pounds for some reason.
 
I have never got my membership in to that 400lb club . Thats pretty impressive . Too late for me to have any chance now as my muscles are also alot stronger then my joints and tendons like Dave said ...I stay around 275 for 8-10 slow and controlled negatives with perfect form . 325 years ago for reps

Wow-you guys stomp me-I did 300lbs the other day and I was so happy-But Im 41yrs old, 5'9 190, I did more when I was younger but trying to build back up............

This sounds exactly like me.I hit 345 last year and my shoulder killed me for a while.My muscles are no doubt stronger then my shitty bones.
 
max 345, repped 225 for 22 on monday...weigh 240lbs and have been training for 3 years.


I can max close to 350, but I can't rep 225 more than 15 times. My body hates high reps.

And now I am thinking to myself why the fuck I am training high reps right now. I want to let loose and throw some big weight again damn it.
 
I was at 465x1 at 40 yr old. I don't lift that heavy anymore. Don't think I could anyhow coming off back surgery.

41 yrs. I hit 400 last year and 225 for 25. Just starting benching heavy again and hit 365 today and 225x18. The 225 reps are always at the end
 
43 yrs young and just got 340lbs for one rep, that is a PB for me but I am going to keep on trying for the 400 club...I will do it....
 
It was 345 was last time I wanted to know, I don't even check anymore I stick to higher volume sets and reps. For me, DB's, hammer strength machines and cables are my chest day most of the time.

max 455lbs raw in 220lb class(20 yrs ago)

i recently did press 405 x 1 touch and go and 315x10 touch and go...my shoulder hurt for 2 weeks..
