    good evening,

not enough... never enough... most ever was about fifteen years ago, 735 @ about 240, natural, raw... before I ever got brave enough to compete, so it's a weightroom squat... right NOW at 52, on a great day, if I had to do it, about 400 pounds give or take a bit... workout is working UP to 500 pounds, I hope by the end of the year...

    have a great day,

    Coach Bear

squat 315 for reps; 12-15...sometimes feel feisty and bump it up to about 385 for about 4-5. tore my ACL about 5 years ago and it scarred me mentally as well as physically. Bench 315 for reps as well, just isn't right...lol

before backsurgery 716 suited single ply, 672 Raw, since Back Surgery 660 Suited single ply, 622 raw, Hit 705 in training, but cut it high in a comp. 6"4 340lbs, so for size not that impressive.

I've only been training for a couple years and didn't start until my late 30s ... I'm 38, 6-1, 230# and my best legit squat is 425# (below parallel) .. anything not below parallel isn't a squat ...

315 for a single with just a belt, weight was 205 at the time of the lift. I do low bar back squat tho, not sure if that matters in this thread or not haha.
