Get healthy fats with most meals - avocado, nuts, olive oil/safflower oil, nuts, seeds, olives, all natural peanut butter
Drink enough water without drowning yourself!
Eat every 3-4 hrs even if it's a small snack
Exercise 4-6 days per week
