What are the best diet for health and fitness?

I've heard the zone diet is good. It's really personal preference though. Just search for some of the popular diets and see how they work for you...
 
Eliminate wheat and polyunsaturated vegetable oils from your diet

Focus on organic grass fed free range animal protein

Lacto fermented foods like sauerkraut, yogurt, cheese, (real and organic)

Take in healthy saturated fat like butter from grass fed cows, coconut oil, and palm oil

Cook all your greens, forget grains eat root vegetables

Basic hunter gatherer diet
 
as far as macros i strongly belive all individuals react differently... keep the basics but experiment a little with them

For fitnesst you should try the following tips
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more vegetables especially carrot, broccoli,pumpkin, and turnip.
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil
 
Eat protein with every meal - chicken, fish, meat, eggs, protein powder, Greek yogurt (no added sugar & higher protein than regular yogurt)
Get healthy fats with most meals - avocado, nuts, olive oil/safflower oil, nuts, seeds, olives, all natural peanut butter
Drink enough water without drowning yourself!
Eat every 3-4 hrs even if it's a small snack
Exercise 4-6 days per week
Get enough sleep
