I'm 41, 6'3, 220lbs with a fair amount of visceral fat. Working for a Silicon Valley start-up and a newborn took its toll. Once I get my diet and exercise regimen back on track, I was looking to do an eight week, fat cutting cycle. Nothing hardcore/too over the top--especially when it comes to T3, I want to use the minimum. Due to travel, needles are not an option (no test).
Below is the supplementation I had in mind. More or less, I'm looking for your thoughts on PCT. I have some Nolva and Clomid handy. What, how much and for how long should I take? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Sopharma Clen: 20-120mcg (depending on what I can tolerate)
Uni Pharma Cytomel: 25mcg
