Fantasitic!! This is an example of how a free markert should work. Companies will be held to account by violating peoples rights, not regulation.

I like it.

I thought this was going to be another obese person suing. thank god its not.

fuck that....the US needs lawsuit reform asap.....it's killing business insurance rates and makes everything cost more in the end.....check this site out for more stupid lawsuits

More lawsuits and lawsuit reform. I don't think this is the kind of case that should be covered under a business liability insurance plan. I have E&O, but it does not cover misrepresentation, only errors and omissions.

It's like all the food products that claim to be trans fat free, but when you look at the label, Hydrogenated is listed; how can this be??? I'll tell you; in an effort to appease the business community, law makers determined that an amount less than X number of mg could be averaged down to zero. So you could consume 10 different products that are labeled transfat free and as a result, consume a lot of trans fats...

I hope to see a lot more lawsuits of this nature!!

^^^your canadian socialist views don't work in the long run

You clearly have not read most of my posts...

I'm as Libertarian and Capitalistic as they come (when I look in the mirror, I see a younger version of Ron Paul). In fact most on IM have accused me of being a right winged wingnut; funny, I get accused of being on both sides of the extreme

You missed my point. We don't need regulation if people regulate themselves by exercising their rights, rights they know very little about.
