I have read every sticky i can get my hands on from multiple sites, but there seems to be a lot of conflicting info regarding Arimidex, as it relates to during cycle, pct, or both (both being run it from start of cycle completely through end of PCT)

My plan is below - first cycle - bulk....test E only

8-10 weeks depending on response at 8 week

W 1 - front load 500mg x 2
week 2-8(or 10) - 250mg x 2 per week (500mg per week total)

Nolva - start t weeks after last pin 40/40/20/20

adex would be .5mg x 2 per week - taken when pinning - capsul, so dump out half capsuel and ingest

how should adex fit, for whole cycle only, for whole cycle and for whole pct till end...?

Adex is great on cycle, but for PCT, you'll want to switch to aromasin.

Aromasin prevents estrogen rebound, whereas adex does not.

A solid PCT would look like this:

Clomid@100/100/75/50
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

Don't forget your PRE-pct!

HCG 250iu's x 2 a week.

Most will tell you to continue to run HCG for 2 weeks after last Test shot. This is important because at this dose, a 5,000iu vial will only last you 10 weeks, not 12.

Better to be safe.
