Just found out during week 6 or 7 I have to go on an international trip! Regardless of working out on it I know my diet will b patchy with the plane etc. is this going to fuck up my whole cycle due to being the 'prime weeks of gains'??
No. Just eat in the airport (may not be the best food, but consider it your cheat meal for the week) and as soon as you land. Guys like Jay Cutler fly all around the world, and he manages to do fine.
