FBI: ICE Gunman Fired During Job Counseling

The FBI says Thursday's shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Long Beach, Calif., was over a job dispute. An ICE agent killed a colleague who shot a high-ranking official counseling the shooter about his performance. (Feb. 17)

Seriously. And, wtf, he's obviously getting a bad performance evaluation and he can't even kill the guy properly. He got off several shots and didn't kill him? How big was the office? I mean how far could he have been from his target?
