    Exclamation Help!! Appetite control

Besides drinking lots of water(I do)...what are some other suggestions for appetite suppression? I feel like I am starving all of the time.

    Please post some ideas.

I can dig the P/F/C...but are lots of veges ok? They don't add to the carbs? If not then WOO HOO...I will do that. I love broccoli and cauli.

You can eat a proverbial ass-load of broc and cauli before the carb count becomes even remotely significant, so don't worry about it.

I find activity helps regulate my appetite.

But once i stop it comes back with a vengence, so plan your meals right.

Yeah, and if you're doing a low carb diet, the 'Proverbial ass' itself is also perfectly acceptable. Low in carbs, high in protein - throw on some melted cheese and you're good to go.
