AST VP2 Whey for post workout...

I believe this to be the BEST product available for post workout nutrition. It is one of the few hydrolyzed whey isolates available and it doesn't taste bad (most hydrolyzed whey tastes crappy).

Take it with your simple carbs and you are good to go!

AST uses hydrolyzed whey...the quickest acting whey protein available! It gets into your system faster than any other form of whey. Their processing method is top notch! It is great protein!
