I just read more about this on philly news sight. What makes it worse is the mother of the 22 year old who was shot lost her daughter to a shooting as well. 2 kids. Both dead from different shootings.

No medication for depression will turn people into killers. The chances are very high that the individual involved was psychotic and OFF his meds.
