Halo Ext help please

Sorry for the silly newbie question - If I was to take 3 Halo Ext a day - should I split it into 1 1/2 3x a day or 1 every 8 hours? I am doing a SuperDmz/Halo Ext run- each 2ed - so I'm thinking that after the 4 weeks are up that I would continue the Halo Ext for another 2 weeks, but up it to 3ed.
Any input is appreciated.

Honestly, either way is fine. Whichever one suits you.

Spread the dosages 6-8 hours to keep steady blood levels
