What does everyone think? Would you need to use higher doses say in your 20's than if you were in your late 30's early 40's?What does everyone think? It depends on what your levels are. Mine were at 350 and I'm 30 so I don't need to take any HGH. I know a guy who is almost 50 and his levels are still high as well. So the answer is it depends. But typically your levels fall off as you age..

I believe those are igf-1 reference intervals. The reference range for a male in his 30's is 0-2.9.

The whole concept of hGH is about "staying young" - when you're in your teens to twenties, you're at your body's natural peak of production. As you get older production drops. Anti-aging doctors take the approach of, similar to HRT, supplementing to levels that you return you to the equivalent of optimal natural levels. More isn't necessarily better because the body operates on the balance of things vs just overloading stuff. It generally regulates things via that push/pull balance. An example is use of exogenous test- it basically shuts down natural test production. So technically "more" isn't better. Just enough is perfect.

That does look like IGF ranges. But either way,GH tapers off as you get older. You are peaking in your 20's like sassy said. I did the math at one time off some info I found and I think the normal male in their 20's produces almost 2iu every day. I think it was a little lower than that but I forgot. Anyway, yes, age is important.

Well said !!!

Its not really do i need more at an early age its more of do i really even need ghat a younger age.You wont really see anything from ghat a early age since your hgh levels are already at a high levels. The older you get the more you will need hgh.So no if your younger hgh is almost pointless.
