    Does it matter

I know this may sound crazy but if you don't ask you won't know. When I'm at home I make a protein pudding as a meal but when I'm at work I can't so I take whats in the pudding and eat it seperatly. Does it matter if it's mix togeather or taken apart. I wouldn't think so but don't really know.

Protein pudding MRP , additional protein ( up to you and intake needs) 1 serving of light whip cream and 1/3 cup of water.

This may sound totally screwed up, but in high school, the science teacher said that you could eat, baked beans, custard and tea all together and althought it would look and taste total disgusting it would all go down the same way, but depending on your stomach and your metabolism I doubt it would harm to eat them separately.

Maybe I am talking crap cus I am a beginner at this... but well at least you got a reply of 'some sort'

The only thing I heard of that you may want to consider, is that the protein will start to break down (like creatine) after its been mixed in water. I dont totally know what this means, if it means they are broken down into aminos and still good, then I'm not sure that I see a problem with this.

When DP/W8 get here they can clarify or explain this further...

There's no danger of protein 'breaking down' when mixed in water that i know of. You're shake can spoil if kept without refridgeration long enough depending on what you put in it.

I've heard of protein being denatured, but:

    1. Denaturing does not harm the protein in any way, its still useable.

    2. It happens (as far as i know) from high temperatures, ie cooking, frying etc.

as far as I know, protein is stable in water/liquid.

things like creatine are another story.

Yep, heat will do it, this is what happens to eggs when you cook them - protein unraveling into amino form.
