GABA - anyone used it?

okay, I do not need any info on what the supplement is or is supposed to do, I just want to hear if anyone here has personally used it and what results did you see if any?

Prickly skin!

No real effect for me. A mate at the gym reckons it gives him better sleep though, but then gain he is an obsessive insomniac (lucky if he gets 4 hours sleep a night) so i dunno how effective it really is.

From what i can gather, GABA is actually too big to pass through the BBB which is what it needs to do to do what it claims.

Cheap as hell though, so knock yourself out.

Did nada for me...better off using straight GHB, which isn't so great either.

If you take alot will it have the intoxifying effects like GHB?
