Is it possible to get jerked and desirable just using body weight exercises? I live too far out of town to join a gym. I currently supplement body weight exercises with bungee cords. I'm concerned this style of training, essentially band training, may be slowing my growth due to the mostly concentric efforts of the exercises. There is little eccentric strain in these movements when using the bungies. Anybody have any suggestions?
I'm more concerned with if it's possible to successfully bodybuild using this style of training for someone who has trained for nearly 20 yrs. I used to have a squat cage in my living room, but that was 4000 miles south of me now.
