    mine is lying close grip bb bench close grip presses at 470 now for 1 rep . my weight was 310 at time. not long after this avatar picture.

    That's a big lift! I did 110lb db shoulder press for 8 the other day. I'm bb curling 155 with strict form. Incline bob press 315 for 8.

    465 close grip for 3- then 1 spotted rep. 495 front squat, 600 dead (in off season)

    i got to correct myself i looked my best lifts its was only 460 in the close grip bb. sorry guys. strong mothers in here and it was offseason also at 1 rep only.

    mex cab bench 600s and iam weak in bbing 515 bench is all i get w/ suit but i dont go real heavy no more only once a yr to see if i lost some age mass.

    ^ That's a lot of weight. I don't lift heavy that much anymore. At 42, things are starting to hurt and ache hahaha

    since my torn labrum in my shoulder ive been scared to go to heavy, basically been doing cutting excersizes, i miss my max out HIT days =\....my friends keep telling me HGH will solve it....who knowz tho

    315 for 9 incline barbell. I mostly stick with dumbells but I was called out by some corn fed ego maniac that he could press alot more than me. So I had to put the boy in his place. He couldnt do it once. Oh he was 23 and I am 42. Ahhhh kids today.

    FTW34 i myself tore my labrum in my left shoulder a few years ago. it sucked. i was a full time athlete and lost my full ride to Clemson university to play football due to a labrum tear(shoulder) and a ACL tear, and a meniscus tear all in one. usually you tear your meniscus when you tear acl in the knee because they are so close. however my shoulder feels great again brother. just take it easy for awhile. at first it would pinch for about a year after heavy days on chest, but now i never ever feel it anymore.
