I know nothing can replace a good diet, but I was wondering what supps you use week in week out, the one you couldn't gain what you've gained without using. I'm starting to use creatine, no2 and bcaa's from Monday, I already use a whey protein and a carb powder. Used to use weight gainers but I don't see the point anymore when you can make your own from wholefoods that's tastier and cheaper too.
