5'8" 204 18-bf 2yrs exp. low natural test 380/207/447 last 3 draws.43 yrs old. planning on trt for life.
Are you doing this without doctor supervision? I highly advise you to seek some professional help with this.
TBH your 1st and last test aren't too bad for someone your age. 207 is not good though. I'm sure you can find a Dr. around you that will help you out.

i agree with sloppy, go get a script for trt then ur shit is legal and u can do basically whatever you want
No that's not what I'm saying. Legalities mean shit to me. I'm talking about the wellbeing of the OP, something you should probably worry about also.

been to doc and she believes it should be higher but ins. wont let her right anything. so im going to do blood work after 6 weeks then every 6 months and go see doc to keep it safe. im 2 weeks into self prescribed trt at 250mg a week and already starting to have more energy and better mood.
What about a "Health" clinic? Do you have any of those?

Cost goes up to 200-300 per month.
Just so you know where I came from sloppy in 2010 I was fat slob 280. Since then I've been as low as 183 my goal is 210-220 12-13%bf. I have diet under control just trying to fight getting older. I will never be fat ass again and will be big at all cost.
I have been on TRT for a few years now and after trying every cream and gel trt on the market have decided to self medicate. I do about 150mg a week during cruise and blast can be 500-1000mg. I haven't found a dr that will just prescribe me a shot a week. Every time I go on the gels I loose all my muscle and put on fat.
380 is not good for an athlete trying to keep low body fat, plus what may be a good level for one person may not be good for you. Forget your age, the purpose of TRT is to get your levels back to when you were younger. Personally I am comfortable in the 500 range.
If you got something to say, then say it donkey. If not, keep quiet.
OP, I was not stating that you are going to get big and fat taking test. I was not trying to question you at all or your dedication. I was just thinking long term health here. I just know that self medicated TRT cannot be better than a doctor monitored situation. A doc can be a pain in the ass having you come in and test all of the time. But this is your body you are playing with. You only get one chance.
Too many people, like senior Donkey up there, come on here with no regard for their health and give advice when they have no idea what they are talking about. A doctor will constantly monitor not only your test levels, but everything else. What if, god forbid, something goes wrong? Then you are forced to self medicate and try to use your best educated guess as to what you need to take to fix it. What I'm saying here is that a doctor is a wealth of knowledge if you find a good one. Not only that, but they have the ability to get you meds that will fix the problem. Best of all, you don't have to wonder if the meds are legit or not.
I'm sure you've given this a ton of thought. I just wanted to throw this out there because IMO, there are way too many guys that are just jumping on TRT because they want to with no regard for their own health.

Most doctors know far less on the subject than an even moderately well read forum member, actually. That being said, the sorts of family style doctors that most here would go to are usually going to know about nothing on the subject besides the blurb they read at the office on the day of your visit.
