whar should i do

IML Gear Cream!
I agree with what everyone says about needing to have your blood work done and to have a Dr. watch your levels. My blood work is done every 3-6 months depending on my blasting.
As some have said though most Dr's don't know anything about TRT. A family physician generally doesn't spend much time researching it, the things they look at are too broad that's why you need to find a specialist. I will go back on prescribed test once I find one that knows what they are doing. The gel I went on in January dropped me to 380 (350-1190 range) and I lost twenty lbs in two months and tore my rotator. I am done being a guinea pig.

A lot of this is about being smart, knowing your body and doing your homework. You also have to take into consideration your age, whether you want more kids etc. I can only answer for me. No more kids, I'm older, I know how my body reacts and I know my blood levels and what to watch for. I can also make my own stuff from a supply I know. I am constantly looking for a Doc that knows TRT well and that will prescribe me the test to shoot once a week that will keep my levels adequate (100-150mg). I am not going to do the TRT centers where you have to go in pay 300 and get one shot a month. Then your body just crashes for 3 weeks.

Mkpaint just go to a specialist like an endo.
Idra : really some of you make me laugh .....you just go read some crap on the internet and you think you can diagnose and treat people...dude some doctors are specialized in endocrinology and they have studied years and years ..not to have somebody on the net giving them lectures..even a regular family doctor knows a lot about the subject and his knowledge is well structured and scientific ,there are books about the subject that they study ..not an article here and an article there....but most of them when faced with a patient wanting to go on trt ..they just brush him off for the main reason that a low test is normal sometimes and does not require any trt and many doctors do not believe in trt as it is not really necessary nor advisable ..it is really a debatable subject...there are cases where trt is required and this is not based only on mildly low test. i have discussed this with my doctor several times and after checking me and asking me questions he thinks that it is not even necessary for me to check my test level.
