IML Gear Cream!
Hi I have started a cutting cycle my stats are 210 lbs 5:10 height bf 16
im taking 100 mg test prop eod and tren ace 100 mg eod
also 1.5 iu somatropin per day do you think this is enough I also cycle clen t3 and t4 trying to get to single figures in bf in 8 weeks

Looks good but single digits in 8 weeks from 16% more than likely ain't gonna happen. Give yourself 12-16 weeks. And no reason to take t4 if ur taking t3. Might also try ur GH at 2-3 iu on training days and take peptides on non training days to get more out ur GH instead of just 1.5iu

You need to get to 192 lbs to get to 9% (if you don't lose any muscle).
That's 18 pounds of fat.
At 3500 calories per pound, that's 63,000 calories.
8 weeks is 56 days. 63,000 divided by 56 = 1,125.

You will need to run a daily 1,125 calorie deficit to achieve your goal.

Problem is, if you run a deficit that's more than about 35 calories per pound of fat (assuming proper gear and diet), you're gonna lose muscle.
At 210 16%, you have about 33 lbs of fat. You can run a 1,125 calorie deficit **this week**, But next week you'll have to make a choice: a 1050 calorie deficit, or lose some muscle. Next week, same deal: 950 deficit, or lose muscle.

If you do everything perfectly, you can keep all your muscle and get to 9% BF in about 12 weeks, with that last week being a daily 600 calorie deficit.
If you sacrifice muscle and run a 1200 calorie deficit, you'll get to 9% in 8 weeks.
