OMG, that is all I can say about this stuff, I wish I would not have found it!!! If you like and buy coconut oil, then you will love this stuff. It's organic whole coconut, but in a butter type consistency, like peanut butter.. only cocount. It is advertising to use it in smoothies (which I did) and for sauces or as a spread. It even says use it on toast or in oatmeal. It is so good, I really wish I wouldn't have stumbled across it!! haha! They were giving out free sample at a health food grocery store near me. In moderation, it is good for you
