Ok im on 75mgs of halo extreme, 50mgs of cyanostane rx and 1.5mills of trenazone. Going into week 3 of 6 and im bloated. My upper body,legs and arms are growing nicely but around my midsection im holding water. Diet is in check. 220lbs 35 yrs old 6'4" and taking in 400 grams protein, 200 to 300 grams of good carbs and around 100 to 150 grams of fats. Majority in efa's. On the cycle im on is what im experiencing normal? Will it improve in the weeks to come? Training smart and definitely getting cardio as im a drywall hanger. HELP
How certain are you that its water? I hold water all over, in my face, Neck, feet, hands etc
You could just be getting fat, no offense. I tend to store fat in my midsection as well.
Try diuretics, such as caffeine and vitamin c. Doesnt look like you need an AI with the oral gears youre 'busing. So i doubt its estro related. You may need to dial in that diet a bit and get some more cardio in.
P.s. Are you bulking? Recomping? Cutting?
If youre bulking, youre gonna gain some fat. You can always cut later.
Something a friend pointed out to me a while back was sodium, idk what is too high for you, but I did notice my cut went better when I reduced sodium intake
400g of protein seems a bit overkill. even 1.5g/lb which is high would only be 330g!

In week 6 now. Cyanostane ran out after 4 weeks and im only taking 1 milli of trenazone, 75mgs of halo. Definitely got harder and 12+ lbs bigger. Still loose around hips and lower back. Gonna do forged bromo pct and in my research i found bloating will disapate during pct. thanks guys
