Can you blend your protein shakes, smoothies in the morning and store them? would they still be effective?
Absolutely yes, you can. Just keep them cold, like any prepared food.
That's a good call when I bulk up I think im gonna start making shakes and storing them with like Peanut butter, Berries, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, flax seeds prob add some other stuff just can't think of anything at the moment.
