HGH to Water ratio

Is there any type of rule of thumb when reconstituting HGH?

for instance would it matter with a 10IU vial if i made it 1-IU/ml or 2-IU/ml or 3 or so on...? I didnt know if there was a rule of thumb of Bac water to IU of HGH?

It doesn't really matter, BUT, I would use 1ml of BAC per vial just to be sure the entire wafer dissolves.
