Low Dose Tren

Pretty simple, what is the lowest dose of tren youve ran that produced results while not negatively impacting cardio?

Good question. I'm hoping 40mg tren ace ED will do the trick.

250-300 tren E would be similar I would think

Yeah i was thinking 30mg ed and just slowly increase until it begins to damage my run time

Man, screw tren and running! When I was in the army and on tren, run days(almost everyday) were horrible. I found this out the hard way before I knew that tren messed with cardio. If you really don't need to run tren(while training/involving running) DON'T.

50-75 Tren Ace EOD usually does the trick for me.

No tren at all. If the tren is going to have an effect on your bodybuilding, it will do the same to your cardio.
