    does fiber inhibit nutrient absorption?






    i am a little comfused about this matter..
    i ve always take fibers with my breakfast,from oats usually,and protein from food,and some vitamins too
    never realize anything strange.

    what do you think,fiberdo inhibit??

    I don't believe it is so much as inhibit but slow the absorption spreading it out more evenly throughout the day.
