been hearing alot about peptides and which to use. question i have is not all of us are going for the competition bodybuilder physique; however, looking like the recent conan movie body style is more what i want. currently im 34 yrs old done a few small cycles of AAS. approx 13% bf, 212 lbs lift 3-4 days a week. my frequency and intensity should be much higher but with wife and kids and 50+ hour work weeks you do what you can.
my question with the peptides is i have heard to use them 3 times a day with doses ranging from 100mcg/dose - 300mcg/dose 3 times a day for GHRP-6 and CJC 1295. i was looking at some peptides webiste looking at half life etc and CJC 1295 has been increased to 5.8-8.1 days active in the body and GHRP - 6 100-200mcg /day 1 dose was sufficient dosing. i would like to cut down to 8-10% BF and keep my BW around 225lbs. i have bad joints in the Shoulders, left wrist and knees are compensating to the added 40lbs in the last 2 years so there is some infrequent pain issues there. these peptides are supposed to help with the joints and increase body size as if going thru puberty again and regen is much better.
so is a daily dose of GHRP-6 of 100mcg/day sub q injection and 1 dose of CJC 1295 200mcg/week sufficient to get results that are gradual but noticible?
if this is a bad dose please plug in some reasonable advice pinning 3 times/day is not an option with my job nor affordable in the long run. and how long can you run this stuff before u need to get off of it. and should i Ladder up the dose then ladder down or just hop on and hop off. sorry for the nevel of questions but this is the only way to get some good advice as is to shotgun the forum with lots of questions and learn what you can. thanks for the help guys.
one more thing do i have to do sub q or IM injections and do you have to pin that particular muscle group u want to effect or can u shoot the glutes or hammys and it effect the whole body?
