It's a good cycle, but can be better if you run them for 12 weeks..
 
Run both the ghrp and mod grf the same amount of time.

Here's the diet I've put together and used effectively in the past.
Meal 1 75g protein, 60carbs
Meal 2 75g protein, 60 carbs
Meal 3 75gprotein, 60carbs
Meal 4 75g protein, 60carbs
Meal 5 75g protein, 60 carbs
Postworkout 60g waxymaize 60g whey protein
+ 1 65g whey shake during the day

All meet requirements for protein or carb servings:
PROTEIN:
11-12oz chicken
13oz tilapia
10-11oz ground turkey
10oz tuna
13oz shrimp
16oz egg whites (this is 50g protein)
1 meal may occasionally be substituted for a meal replacement shake of (3oz dry oats, 75g whey protein, water, 20 raw almonds)

CARBS:
9-10oz rice
10oz sweet potato
3oz dry oats
9oz banana
8oz acai berries

FATS: (1tbsp w/ ea carb serving)
Fats 60-80g per day
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp UDOS's oil
1 tbsp almond oil
1 tbsp macadamia nut oil
1 tbsp grape seed oil

VEGGIES: 4 cups of broccoli/greenbeans/asparagus/spinach/onions/peppers/mushrooms per day

Sunday - Rest/Abs/Cardio
Monday - Chest, Tri's, & Bi's
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Rest/Abs/Cardio
Thursday - Chest, Tri's, Shoulders
Friday - Back & Biceps
Saturday - Rest/Abs/Cardio

*Also note: Rest days = 50% Carb intake (180g)

I have enough ghrp to run it for 7.5mos at 600mcg/ed. Although unfortunately, I only have enough mod grf 1-29 for 2.5mos at 300mcg/ed.


I'm also considering running 300-400mg test to help aid in the cycle.
 
Hey Vibrant, is the Mod GRF 1-29 the same as CJC1295 w/o the drug affinity comp? Or similar enough in nature that I can begin with one and then bridge into the next when I'm running low around the 8wk mark.

They're tne same thing. Technically mod grf is the correct name but most pep companies have it as cjc 1295 w/o dac.

Oh okay I appreciate that. I have 20mg of the cjc1295w/o dac as well. So that should be enough for 9.5mos at 300mcg/ed. And I've already been on Rips 5iu 5on/2off for the last 3mos. So I guess I'm good to go - still considering some low dosed test though.

Edit: One more question. With such a long half life in the mod grf/cjc of greater than 7 days, what might be the kick in time? Is it much longer to notice any effects than say hGH that has a shorter half life?
