how much cardio a week and how much weight training is a good place to start??
Strength training 3x a week to start work up to 5x a week over the course of a few months.
Cardio 3x a week. Start at 10 min and work up to 30 min.
Cardio either first thing in the morning or after weight training but NEVER before. The goal is to be depleted when going into cardio so you burn off more.
