bf % im not sure i pretty much have no fat anywhere.
ive been running for about 10 yrs now.
now i just run 2 miles a day.
in school i was running 6-10 miles a day.
my food intake
6am - Whey Protein shake ( 2 scoops ) With Milk
6am - 1 bowl of oats
7am - 7 egg whites
9am - 1 package of thin steak = .97 lb ill have to double check
11am - 1 Banana
1pm - Boiled Boneless Chicken breast with 1 cup of rice
3:30pm - 1 Cliff hanger bar
3:30pm - Whey Protein shake ( 2 scoops ) With Milk
5:00pm - Pasta or steak or chicken with 1 bowl of salad (depends on what wife makes)
8:00pm - 7 egg whites
8:30pm - Creatine Mono
ive been lifiting since 2008 off and on i just started back about 5 months ago real hard.
Im benching 245 max atm moment.. i maxed 2 weeks ago and havent tried since i think ive gone up.
im increasing in strength and a little size. 1 inch in my biceps in about 1 month ish. when i started bench i was maxed out at 200 now im 245.
im working out with 45lbs
i start with 35's first set of 12
then 40lbs set of 12
then 45 set of 12
then 50 set of 8 depending on how im feeling.
i havent been working on legs lately.. but im going to start back doing then next monday.
im in shape just so hard for me to gain a ton of weight.
about 2 months ago i got sick.
i dropped to 110 lbs .
now i flux my weight between 120 - 125
i havd my bloodwork done its in the lab testing forums.
1st meal-wake up 8 oz of egg whites, 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal with milk and 1 banana
2nd meal-1 serving of weight gainer
3rd meal-1 cup of brown rice, 8 oz. of chicken (or other meat) 2 cups of green beans or broccoli
4th meal-1 serving of weight gainer
5th meal-1 cup of brown rice, 8 oz. of chicken (or other meat) 2 cups of green beans or broccoli (before my evening work out)
6th meal-2 scoops of whey protein
7th meal-protein bar, fruit
8th meal-carb powder w/casein shake before bed
add carbs and fats to your diet, if you're meeting your protein intake then at your weight honestly just stick anything you have to in your face until you meet your cals for the day. You just need to find out what you're eating now to maintain 120lbs. Eat 500-750cals more than that, at least 1g protein per pound of bodyweight (1.5-2g on cycle really IMO), and it would help alot if you drop you cardio down to 3x a week or so. Eat clean if you can but honestly you just need to eat, and put your effort into weight training and not so much on cardio. That means legs too lol
Also as for you cycle 14 weeks is too long if its your first, 10 weeks is fine IMHO. Also drol is fairly harsh so if you haven't already tried it I would probably run dbol at 25-30mg instead as your kickstart. Arimidex works well as on cycle AI, .25mg a day should be sufficient. Aromasin is better for pct though, and hcg on cycle is never a bad thing
